General Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Seen space are accepted. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions.
Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions
It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 8+ guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Seen space to charge VND 200,000 per person for lunch or VND 400,000 per person for dinner to your card.
For other bookings, the restaurant cannot guarantee to hold your seats if you are late more than 30 minutes to your booked time.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required.
Payment Currency
By the regulation of Vietnam, only Vietnamese Dong is deemed as the official payment currency.
Relocation
In the rare unexpected event whereby Seen space cannot host you as previously confirmed, we will comply with its standard of obligation by undertaking to relocate guests into an alternative location within Anantara Hoi An Resort of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a location of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a location of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest.
The alternatives offered are at Seen space’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a location of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Seen space that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. Although Seen space may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and the like on this website, Seen space is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the website.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Seen space will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Seen space to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
